With more than a decade of experience in residential sales, I work tirelessly and skillfully to meet and exceed my clients’ needs. Whether it’s matching a discerning buyer with their ideal home, expertly navigating the marketing, pricing, and sales process with my sellers, or confidentially advising and consulting with a client on their unusual real estate needs, I have carefully built an honest reputation that has resulted in many years of successful transactions.

Throughout my career, I have been instrumental in closing in excess of $500 Million in residential real estate sales while steadily building a reputation through old-fashioned hard work on a foundation of honesty and integrity. This is evidenced through the many satisfied and loyal clients I have maintained, and through the valuable relationships that I have fostered within the brokerage community. 

My experience, knowledge, and passion for real estate is reflected in more than a decade of top listings and satisfied clients, earning me praise and accolades in all aspects of residential sales and leasing. But the things that bring clients back time and again are my integrity, honesty, and loyalty, coupled with an undying willingness to put in the hard work needed to achieve my clients’ needs.

With every real estate sales and/or purchase transaction more unique than the last, I personally tailor the process to my clients’ needs to make their experience as enjoyable and seamless as possible. 

With a solid grasp on current inventory, as well as an understanding of sales history in the city, I keep myself and my clients informed of the market. I also maintain a pulse on incoming inventory and off-market offerings, which allows me to use conventional and unconventional methods of connecting people and homes. With an intimate knowledge of the marketplace, inventory, and values, I’m able to keep my clients educated and informed of the market beyond what can be found online. 

Prior to relocating to Boston in 2005, I held a Maine Broker’s license and successfully sold homes, acreage, and investment properties on Mount Desert Island, one of America’s most exclusive vacation communities. In 2006 I began working directly with relocation companies, buyers, sellers, and brokers for an International real estate firm. Less than a year later, I earned my Massachusetts Salesperson’s license and returned to residential sales, working alongside one of New England’s top-producing sales agents. And I’ve been making clients feel at home here ever since.
